This recently completed 2-Story Screened Porch Addition is located in the Feather Cove Addition near the Geist Reservoir. It is a 10' x 18' addition which was added to the rear of the home. It was built from pressure-treated lumber, rough-sawn cedar and Trex materials. Expansion and modification of the surrounding deck and handrail was also part of the proejct. A new product called "ScreenEze" gives the professional finish to the screened openings.

From "fairly functional" to "fun and fabulous", this kitchen transformation made for one happy cook!
The change to recessed can lights in the ceiling and the addition of halogen under-cabinet lights brightened things up dramatically.
The cabinets are a combination of Legacy's Birch cabinets in a Natural Stain accented by Medallion's Catalina Bead-Board door in Carriage Black. All cabinets are solid wood construction and boast options such as roll-out trays, deluxe end panels, top and bottom bead molding, and crown molding.
Topped off with Cambria quartz countertops, the only thing missing from this kitchen is the homemade apple pie!
